Looking for New Students!
Our last tutor training was a huge success and we have 8 tutors trained, motivated, and ready to help students age 6 and up! There is no charge for our services. Please call the office (304.343.7323) to sign up!
Little Free Library Project
Literacy Volunteers of Kanawha County is partnering with Habitat for Humanity to sponsor the Little Free Library Project. The project is a “take a book, return a book” gathering place where neighbors share their favorite literature and stories. You can see a short video on how the project works here. The project will kick off at an event June 17th from 6-8pm at the Habitat for Humanity's community room. More details can be found here.
