Since our founding in 1981, the Literacy Volunteers of Kanawha County has provided free, confidential, one-on-one reading and English as a Second Language tutoring for adults. We are an all-volunteer organization. In the past 43 years, we have helped over 1,000 people. We are an affiliate of ProLiteracy.
